Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Please note: Processing time may be slightly longer during peak periods, holidays, or major promotions.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the method selected and your location.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states where our products are legally permitted.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific states or regions based on local regulations regarding tobacco, vape, or hemp-derived products. Orders that violate these restrictions will be canceled and refunded.

Age Verification

To comply with federal and state regulations, SK Distributors LLC uses an age verification system during checkout for products that require the purchaser to be 21 years or older.

If verification fails, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@skdistributorsllc.com. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order when possible.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery for review.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or postal strikes.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Returns Due to Shipping Restrictions

If your order cannot be delivered due to legal restrictions in your state or age verification failure, the product amount will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.
